Consultation

At Honoré Salon, we value your time, trust, and experience with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following policies.


Cancellation Policy


We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

We now require a credit card on file for all bookings. Your information is securely stored, and we will always notify you via phone call or voicemail before any cancellation fee is charged.

Please note: Replies to automated confirmation emails will not be received.

If we do not have a voicemail or email from you, the appointment will be considered a no-call, no-show.


Junior Cut Policy


Children 13 and under are eligible for Junior Cuts at a discounted rate.

If the service requires the same time and attention as an adult haircut—due to length, density, or complexity—the full adult price will apply.
Clients 14 and older will be charged at the standard adult haircut rate.

Consultation Policy


To ensure we deliver exceptional color services tailored to your vision, we require a complimentary 15-minute consultation for:
New clients receiving color services


Existing clients seeking a significant change or new color direction


This consultation allows us to discuss your goals, assess timing, and confirm any
product needs in advance, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.


Correction Policy


Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your cut or color, please notify us within 7 days of your original appointment. We will be happy to offer a complimentary correction service. Requests made after 7 days will require a new appointment and will be charged at full price.


Refund Policy


Retail products may be returned for a full refund within 6 months of the original purchase date. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase at the time of return.


Gratuity Policy

 

While gratuity is never expected, it is always sincerely appreciated. For your convenience, we accept tips via:
